Our Condominium Association offers 27 homes consisting of 18 Individual Homes and 8 Units within 4 Duplex buildings. All units benefit from services including irrigation, landscaping/mowing, snow removal and insurance for the buildings/common areas. These are all included in our HOA fees. A portion of the HOA fees also provide for a Common Reserve fund for maintenance of our neighborhood. The Association is managed by a 5 person Board of Managers who are elected by the unit owners.
